Maybe a little undertail covert streaking here, like a 'C' in Sibleys, f7.1, iso 800, exp comp plus one-third, 1/500 I'm calling it a Hoary largely based on that apparently the bird responded on at least two separate occasions to a Hoary Redpoll's call and ignored a Common Redpoll's call.
