This heavily cropped photos were taken at La Selva Biological Station in the carribean lowlands of Costa Rica. This shot shows better the black cap (pileum) (the top of a bird's head, extending from the base of the bill to the nape). iso 1600, 1/30 and 1/80 sec, f/9.0, exposure comp plus 1/3. Canon 20D/100-400IS
