I tried the 60x on the Swaro with full 3.5x optical zoom on the 8400. You have to really like shooting RAW on this camera as it appeared to take a good 10 seconds between shots. I was impressed to get this shutter speed at this magnification (apparently about 5100mm) and with this iso. (I guess the advantages of a white bird on a sunny day) iso 50, f/4.9, 1/227, exp comp minus 2.0. Slight sharpening and levels adjustments in photoshop. uncropped.
